ORDER FORM
Once you have applied your artwork to one of our design templates and decided on the right button size and quantity for your project you are all ready to place your order! Just fill in the appropriate information and attach your artwork files here. Don't feel like using our templates? Just send us whatever you have and we'll size it to fit the button perfectly.
As soon as we receive your order we will review the artwork and will let you know if we find any issues. If everything checks out, you will receive a photo proof of your button and a detailed Paypal invoice via email. (A Paypal account is not required to pay this type of invoice.) Production of your order will begin once payment is received.
We do not collect payment or shipping information on this order form because that information is provided through the Paypal transaction. We do ask for your zip code to calculate shipping quotes on some orders and to calculate sales tax for New York State customers only.
