Q: Can you guys design a button for me?
A: Yes we can! Custom designed buttons start at $25. Give us a call to discuss the details of the job.
Q: Can you make me 10,000 buttons with the Star Wars logo on them?
A: Sorry, but unless your name is George Lucas the answer is NO. We will not knowingly make buttons using copyrighted artwork. The artwork you submit to us should be your own and you are ultimately responsible if you do use someone else's work in your button design.
Q: What software do I need to design my own button using your templates?
A: We recommend Abobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop.
Q: What is the best / most popular button size?
A: We often recommend the 1.25" round button. It's slightly larger than a U.S. quarter, not too big, not too small, and not too expensive.
Q: Is there a minimum amount of buttons I can order?
A: Quantities start as low as 10 buttons.
Q: Can I submit more than one design with my order?
A: Sure. You may submit up to 5 different designs per 100 buttons ordered.
Q: Can you do metallic buttons, goodie bags with different sized buttons, or something else that isn't offered on the products page?
A: We probably can, and we always look forward to working on custom projects like these. Give us a call.
Q: Are both black and white and full color buttons the same price?
A: Yes they are. Buttons are priced by size and quantity, not by your design.
Q: Are there any setup or extra fees that will be added to my order?
A: Nope. You only pay for the buttons and shipping, unless we do design work for you. *Sales tax will be added to New York State orders only.
Q: Will I be charged tax on my order?
A: Only if your order is being shipped to an address located in New York State. Sorry, but it's the law!
Q: Do you accept New York State Resale Certificates from businesses?
A: Yes we do. Just ask us for the form when you place your order. Once it's completed and returned you will not be charged sales tax on any of your button orders.
Q: I don't have a Paypal account? Can I still place an order?
A: Yes you can! Paypal processes all of our transactions but you don't need a Paypal account to pay one of our invoices. Both credit and debit cards are accepted when paying without an account. If you're interested in paying with a check please give us a call.
Q: What method do you use for shipping?
A: We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail. This expedited service includes Tracking, Delivery Confirmation, and Insurance.
Q: How long will it take to receive my buttons in the mail?
A: The average manufacturing + shipping time after payment is received is 1 week, but please call us if you have a specific deadline.
Q: Can I come pick up my order in person?
A: If you live in the New York City area please call us to make arrangements.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Unfortunately returns are not accepted. We make custom buttons that you either submitted the design yourself or approved a proof that we designed for you. There really should be no need for returns but please call us if you have any issues with your order.
*Slight variation in color does not constitute grounds for a return. Colors usually print slightly darker than they appear on your computer screen. Viewing colors on a computer screen is like looking into a light box and usually makes them appear lighter / brighter than they will print. We suggest test printing your design on your own printer and making adjustments before submitting it to us. If you are placing a large order or have very specific color needs, we suggest you request a physical proof to sign off on.
Q: Are pinback buttons safe for children?
A: Pinback buttons are NOT toys and are not intended for children. Pinback buttons are available in similar sizes to many U.S. coins and could pose a choking hazard for some children. Pinback buttons also have a sharp pin attached to the back very similar to a safety pin. If you would not give a certain child a handful of coins and safety pins please do not give them a pinback button!

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will NEVER sell or share any of your personal information with other companies. We do like to show off recent projects via social media and on our website. Typically we will post a photo of your buttons with your business name and or social media / website link only. We would never include any personal information in one of these posts. Just let us know if you'd like to opt out of this practice and we will gladly keep your order confidential.
